Strange Spider
So we get up this morning and on our way out to church when we are greeted on our porch by this lovely creature. It is some kind of spider because it was spinning a web. I've never seen anything quite like this before. It is the strangest spider I've ever seen. I guess I'll go on the Internet in a bit and see if I can find out what kind it might be. Spiders really don't give me the creeps as long as they say outside and off of me. As long as we have that "personal space" distance then I'm cool with it. Any thoughts on what this might be?

Seriously - yuck! I hate spiders - but isn't their web spinning something to marvel at?
I HATE spiders! I would have screamed if I saw this! We used to have black widows around our stone steps in Raleigh but this spider doesn't look much better!
Oh my gosh, I'm itching all over now. that is the scariest thing I've ever seen. I would be probably calling some spider man to spray my whole house.
I'm no expert, but that looks like a brown recluse spider. They are poisonous by the way.

DISGUSTING!!! It actually looks like a spider that lost half of its body and has a prosthetic bottom half. I don't EVER want to see one of those near my house!!
Great photo, but really weird creature. Don't think I'd want to find that crawling around here.
