Rewind
Today we were flipping through the channels having a lazy day. We came across The Land of the Lost marathon on Sci-Fi channel. I remember watching this show as a kid and it I actually thought it was a good show. Now it seems so fake and pathetic. The actors can't act and the special effects are hiliarious. Remember the sleestacks roaming around and hissing? And those dinosaurs......too funny! We have been cracking up. Hope the new movie is better. It makes you wonder what we will say about t.v in the future when we rewind 30 years.

That is so funny!!! My husband and I found the show on TV today too and said THE EXACT SAME THING!! We couldn't believe how bad it was. And I remember loving that show as a kid.
OK the acting was terrible BUT you never had to worry about inappropriate clothing, vulgar language or the siblings being mean to one another, they were too busy fighting off those nasty sleestacks and that kept them united. Go LOTL!!!
My sister in law was just talking about that too. She coulnd't believe how lame it is and how cool she thought it was when she was younger.
I loved that show as a kid!
I loved that show in the 70s too!
