O.K. I really want Mattie to keep her red hair, but every day it gets lighter and lighter. Will it ever come back? In the sun, it looks red. But in the house....nope. Maybe I can get her to eat more carrots.....the only vegetable she likes! If only it could be that easy.......maybe just maybe it will come back.

Mattie is so precious. I still see her red hair. My mom has red hair too, so she was hoping I would too. But I don't.
My husband and I both have grandmothers with red hair and none of our girls got it either. I still see the red in the pics you posted. I think you may have a shot still!! What a doll.
It might come back. But out in the sun it looks like she has red hair lol
